When you first hear me speak you might think I am American or Canadian. You wouldn’t be wrong because it is an American accent. However, I am not American, I am actually Belizean- born and bred. I immediately fell in love with the field and thus my 8-year-long journey to becoming a BCBA started. Even though this field requires high response effort the rewards/outcome/progress make it all worth it. As of August 2023, I am officially a BCBA! Yay!

My name is Janelle and I’m a trainee behaviour analyst at Positive Support Group. I have worked in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis for 4 years in Australia and moved across to the UK in 2022.

Initially, I worked with preschool-aged children with ASD and focused on building on their daily living skills and helping to prepare them for being at school. I then moved on to working with clients in their home, school, and community settings. With these clients, the aim was to support them as they looked to gain further independence. As of October 2022, I have completed my Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Monash University.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, walking around local markets and exploring new places.

Hey! I’m Sarah and I’m an experienced administrator. I joined PSG in December 2023 as the administrator for Keyworker+ Service. In March I was then given the role of administrator for Transforming Care, so I’m now working between the two divisions.

I’ve spent my career so far in varying administrative and operations roles, having completed an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration upon leaving school, I knew that it was the career path that I wanted to go down. It was an administrative role within a mental health residential unit that I performed from 2018-2021 that really piqued my interest in the mental health sector, and ultimately that found me applying for the position with PSG.

When I’m not working, I can be found with my two children. We love baking and crafting so there’s always something going on in our household. Although we spend time together doing various activities, it turns out that neither one of them enjoy the clean-up afterwards, so I can be found doing that, on my own, with a true crime podcast to keep me company!

One last thing about me, is that I recently braved the shave for Macmillan Cancer Support. I am loving my new hair and how quickly I can get out of the door!
